When you use SlackPipes, we collect:

  • Slack Workspace Information: Your workspace ID, name, and the OAuth access token needed to send messages on your behalf.
  • Webhook Data: The webhook configurations you create, including names, default channels, and message templates.
  • Request Metadata: Delivery status, target channel, timing, and error messages. We do not store message content or payloads.
  • Usage Metrics: Message counts and webhook usage for billing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Route your webhook messages to the correct Slack channels
  • Provide request logging and debugging capabilities
  • Enforce usage quotas and rate limits based on your plan
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Improve and maintain the service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global edge network using their D1 database, KV storage, and R2 object storage services. All Slack OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption. All data transmission occurs over HTTPS/TLS.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Webhook configurations: Retained until you delete them or close your account
  • Request logs: Retained based on your plan (Free: 1 day, Pro: 30 days, Enterprise: 90 days)
  • Usage data: Retained for 12 months for billing purposes
  • Account data: Retained until you request deletion

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare: Infrastructure, hosting, and data storage
  • Stripe: Payment processing (we do not store your payment card details)
  • Slack: Message delivery via their API

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only when required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data through the dashboard
  • Delete your webhooks and request logs
  • Revoke our access to your Slack workspace at any time
  • Request complete deletion of your account and data
