1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SlackPipes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SlackPipes provides webhook routing services for Slack workspaces. The Service allows you to receive webhook requests and route messages to specified Slack channels using a single endpoint.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid Slack workspace to use the Service
  • You must have authorization to install apps in your Slack workspace
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must not share your webhook URLs publicly if they could be abused

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content
  • Violate Slack's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Service Plans and Billing

  • Free tier is subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has defined limits on messages, webhooks, and request rates. Exceeding these limits may result in rejected requests (HTTP 429). Repeated abuse may result in account suspension.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you transmit through the Service.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SlackPipes. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service. "Slack" is a trademark of Slack Technologies, Inc.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlackPipes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
